About Dr. Pratap Duggirala
Dr. Pratap Duggirala, M.S., M.Ch (Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery), is one of South India’s most respected plastic and reconstructive surgeons. With over two decades of medical experience and a distinguished academic background, he is known for his precision, compassion, and pioneering contributions to the field of plastic surgery.
After completing his MBBS from SDUMC, RGUHS, Dr. Pratap pursued M.S. in General Surgery from Kurnool Government Medical College, followed by M.Ch in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery from the prestigious Safdarjung Hospital, GGSIPU, New Delhi—where he secured All India 2nd Rank.
Driven by a vision to elevate reconstructive and cosmetic surgery standards in Andhra Pradesh, Dr. Pratap founded the Department of Plastic Surgery at NRI Medical College, Mangalagiri, in 2013, where he served as Professor and Head of Department for a decade. Under his leadership, the department became a center of excellence for advanced plastic and reconstructive procedures.
